Certain products (customized or personalized items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
